Omni-Lite Industries receives new orders that include all divisions of the company

CERRITOS, CA, April 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. is pleased to announce that it has received a new production contract for one of the many programs that it has underway for a U.S. Military customer. The Company began deliveries under this contract approximately two weeks ago. "This award stems from the excellent results obtained during the first article tests in March of 2012," stated Allen W. Maxin , President.

Omni-Lite Industries is also pleased to announce that it has received several new orders that include all divisions of the Company. The total value of these new orders is approximately $712,000 US. Of these new orders approximately 37% are in the Sports and Recreation division, 24% are in the Aerospace division, 24% are in the Military division and 15% are in the Specialty Automotive division.

The Company would also like to announce that revenues for the first quarter were approximately $1,353,000 US.
