OnTrac realizes greater efficiency for customers by consolidating Dispatch,
Customer Service and Route Management in San Jose.

The new center will centralize all dispatching services, route management and field customer service. It will be housed in the new 35,000 square foot OnTrac facility in San Jose, CA. "The consolidation and management of these functions in one location, in conjunction with recent technology advancements, will bring an improved level of service to our customers," stated Rob Humphrey, chief operating officer, OnTrac.
