 announced the keynote series for its upcoming OracleWorld San Francisco
 conference, to be held September 7-11, 2003 at the Moscone Center.

     Industry luminaries and veterans from world-class technology companies
 participating in this year's keynote program include:
     -- Michael Dell, chairman and chief executive officer, Dell Inc. on
        Monday, September 8 at 9:45 a.m.
     -- Scott McNealy, chairman, president and chief executive officer, Sun
        Microsystems Inc. on Tuesday, September 9 at 9:45 a.m.
     -- Craig R. Barrett, chief executive officer, Intel Corporation on
        Tuesday, September 9 at 1:00 p.m.
     -- Carly Fiorina, chairman and chief executive officer, HP on Thursday,
        September 11 at 9:45 a.m.
     Some of Oracle's leading visionaries, including Chairman and Chief
 Executive Officer Larry Ellison, will also be presenting keynote addresses.
     The Oracle keynote series will offer attendees insight into one of the
 most lauded technology innovation in years -- Oracle Grid Computing.
 Executives will discuss the promise of grid computing, as well as how to
 exploit these new technologies to drive bottom-line business value.  Speakers
 will also provide attendees with a high-level overview of new grid-features
 inherent in the Oracle 10g product family and articulate how these features

        enterprise information on Monday, September 8 at 9:00 a.m.

        Oracle Database 10g and Oracle Application Server 10g, while discussing
        how each product is critical to the company's overall focus on
        enterprise grid computing on Tuesday, September 9 at 2:00 p.m.
     -- Chuck Rozwat, executive vice president of server technologies, will
        provide details on the many new grid features in the Oracle(R) Database
        10g and Oracle Application Server 10g on Wednesday, September 10 at
        9:45 a.m.
     -- Ken Jacobs, vice president of product strategy, will discuss how to
        master new grid technologies and manage the data center with Oracle
        Enterprise Manager, which provides a simplified, centralized management
        framework for managing enterprise resources and analyzing a grid's
        quality of service on Wednesday, September 10 at 2:30 p.m.
