On a bed of fresh asparagus and seasonal vegetables, the Salmon Wellington is perfection on a platter. Two large filets of fresh sustainable Atlantic salmon are delicately seared, topped with spinach and locally grown roasted red bell pepper and feta, all wrapped in a light, flaky, golden crust. Every bite is an unforgettable fusion of robust flavors. At $18.95 per entree, guests can indulge in elegantly upscale dining without the elegantly upscale price.

Then there is the Chateau Sirloin. More than just a meal, it is truly an experience and takes prime steak to a whole new level.
