SALT LAKE CITY, April 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Overstock.com (Nasdaq: OSTK) announced today that it is scheduled to release first quarter financial results for the period ending March 31, 2012 on Thursday, April 19, 2012 before the market opens.  The company has scheduled a conference call and webcast for 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, April 19, 2012 to discuss these results.
