Pacific Power Products Holdings, Inc. Announces Leadership Changes
RIDGEFIELD, Wash., March 21, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Pacific Power Products Holdings, Inc. announced today that Dennis Bunday has been named president and chief financial officer. Bunday succeeds Mark Dawkins, who was recently named the company's new chief executive officer.

In his new role, Bunday will be guiding the financial aspects of Pacific's related holdings and responsible for the development and direction setting for the company's long term strategic planning efforts.
Bunday most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Williams Controls, Inc. from 2001 to 2012. Williams Controls, a NYSE company prior to its sale in December 2012 to Curtiss Wright, is a leading designer and manufacturer of highly engineered electronic sensors and electronic throttle controls supplying the majority of the off-road and heavy truck OEM's worldwide. Bunday also served as a board member of Southwall Technologies, a worldwide leader in the innovation and manufacturing of premium-grade, energy-saving window film and glass coating products for the automotive and architectural markets. In 2007, Mr. Bunday was named Oregon Public Company CFO of the Year by the Portland Business Journal and is a graduate of Washington State University.
Former company Chief Executive Officer Jerry Tyrrell announced his retirement in February of this year. Tyrrell will remain active on the company's Board of Directors.
