Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc. Announces Exercise of Underwriter's Over-Allotment Option

 

COSTA MESA, Calif., Dec. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: PPBI) (the "Company"), the holding company of Pacific Premier Bank (the "Bank"), announced today that Howe Barnes Hoefer & Arnett, Inc, underwriter of the Company's recent public offering of 4,615,385 shares of its common stock, has exercised a portion of its over-allotment option for 415,000 shares of the Company's common stock.

The Company will receive gross proceeds of approximately $1.28 million from the sale of the 415,000 shares of common stock.
