CARLSBAD, Calif., Aug. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Patriot Scientific (OTC Bulletin Board: PTSC) today reported the filing of its report on Form 10-K for its fiscal 2009 year ended May 31, 2009.

The Company's results included $5.4 million in revenues, compared to $3.7 million for the prior year. Earnings from its investment in affiliated companies were $9.7 million compared to $19.9 million in the prior year.

Net income for the year totaled $0.9 million and at May 31, 2009 the Company had $16.9 million in cash and securities.
