PCMS Races Past Competition in RIS News Leaderboard Survey

    CINCINNATI, Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- PCMS is celebrating after news that it
 has walked away with a basketful of accolades, following publication of this
 year's influential RIS News Leaderboard, for vendors of retail software.
     The survey, conducted across the international retail sector, is published
 by the United States-based RIS News and is seen as the industry's 'bible' for
 retail software. The survey reviewed almost 100 software vendors, with many
 more failing to meet the minimum base standards, who were judged against a
 number of different criteria.
     In a resounding vote of confidence from the industry, PCMS received a host
 of commendations. Amongst the accolades were first places in the 'quality of
 support' and 'ease of integration' categories. Other commendations included
 runner-up spots in the 'customer satisfaction', 'return on investment',
 'administration & maintenance', as well as the 'overall' classifications.
 Other top six spots racked up by the company were achieved in the 'ease of
 upgrading' and 'ease of installation' categories.
