Pelosi Announces New Staff Member Stacey Rolland

WASHINGTON, June 7 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced today that she has named Stacey Rolland as her new Policy Advisor for tax issues. Rolland begins her duties today.

Rolland most recently served in the Office of Legislative Affairs for the U.S. Department of the Treasury. She also previously served as Tax Counsel for Congressman Xavier Becerra, Vice Chair of the Democratic Caucus and a senior member of the Ways and Means Committee.

Rolland holds a juris doctorate from the University of California at Los Angeles and a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Women's Studies from Smith College.

Rolland replaces Arshi Siddiqui, who recently departed the Speaker's office for the private sector.
