    WASHINGTON, April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Perennial Strategy Group announced
 today the addition of Stevan A. Cisneros as a Director.  Lamell McMorris,
 Principal of Perennial Strategy Group, said, "Stevan is a tremendous addition

     Mr. Cisneros most recently served as Director at Jefferson Government
 Relations where he provided clients with legislative and political insight
 into transportation and urban development issues.  Prior to his position as
 Director, Mr. Cisneros served as a Special Assistant to Former Transportation
 Secretary Rodney Slater at the Department of Transportation.  At the DOT, Mr.
 Cisneros worked on the "advanced airbag rule" and the "Blood Alcohol
 Concentration .08 Drunk Driving" legislation.  Mr. Cisneros will provide the

 political issues related to transportation, housing and urban development, and

     Mr. Cisneros is a graduate of Wichita State University where he received
 his bachelor's in Political Science.
