During Hagedorn's tenure as head of its digital arm, OMD was awarded a Cannes Gold Lion for its work on a groundbreaking user-generated campaign. Prior to OMD, Hagedorn was the Chief Interactive Officer for Omnicom direct marketing firm Rapp Worldwide, where he was responsible for leading Rapp's digital client, creative, analytics and technology teams nationally.
