Celebrate National Breast Cancer Awareness Month by Purchasing From Companies
Who Support Breast Cancer Efforts at City of Hope
LOS ANGELES, Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- This October, companies nationwide
are recognizing National Breast Cancer Awareness Month by donating a portion
of the proceeds from the sale of select items to world-renowned City of Hope
Cancer Center. These donations will be used to fund research, treatment and
education programs to fight and ultimately cure breast cancer -- a devastating
disease that currently affects one in every seven women.*
3M/Post-it(R): Fifty cents from every specially marked three-pack and
20 cents from every specially marked single-pack of Post-it Super Sticky Notes
imprinted with a pink ribbon sold are being donated to City of Hope to support
breast cancer research, treatment and education. In addition, 3M will be
present at City of Hope's Walk for Hope to Cure Breast Cancer locations across
the nation, urging people to "Stick up for the Cause." To help raise
additional funds, for every donation made at Walk location Dedication Walls,
3M will match the dollar amount up to $25,000 for all Walk locations. For

top 2 percent of gourmet coffee beans in the world. Over the next four years,
they will donate $1 from every Pink Ribbon 12-ounce bag of 100 percent shade

Carole Hochman Designs: The Carole Hochman Design Group, a proven intimate
apparel design and merchandising powerhouse, will donate $1 from every Stan
Herman "Hug of Hope" robe, sold on QVC's AM Style(R) from 8 to 10 a.m. EST on
October 8, 2005. Proceeds will benefit women's cancer research, treatment and
education at City of Hope.
Creative Nail: Creative Nail Design is the global leader in professional
hand and foot beauty, providing high quality performance products, industry
leading innovation and global education. From September 1 to October 31,
2005, Creative Nail Design will make a charitable contribution of $2 per
bottle of "Hope Heals" lotion sold to further City of Hope's breast cancer
research, treatment and education programs.
Dole Fresh Flowers: Throughout October, Dole Fresh Flowers is aligning
with several major grocery retailers across the nation to help benefit breast
cancer research, treatment and education at City of Hope. On behalf of the
participating retailers, Dole Fresh Flowers will donate 5 percent of the
retailer's purchase price to City of Hope to help fund our fight against
breast cancer.
Find the Cure.us: From now through the end of 2005, Find the Cure.us will
donate $1 from every pink "LiveLong(TM)" wristband sold and 20 percent of the
sales from all other "LiveLong" products to benefit breast cancer research at

City of Hope for breast cancer research, treatment and education, up to
