The luncheon recently took place on Friday, March 23rd at the River Center in Davenport, Iowa and was a great success with approximately 500 attending guests. Proceeds directly benefited Gilda's Club of the Quad Cities, a free nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of those with cancer. With multiple clubhouses across the country, Gilda's Club serves as a support system for people struggling to win their battle and survive cancer. Thousands of members benefit from this organization and are evidence that Gilda's Club has strengthened their lives and have given them the emotional and social support needed to carry on their battle with cancer.
Dr. Darlene McCord of Pinnaclife is exceptionally proud to support Gilda's Club. "Gilda's Club is built upon the simple foundation of creating a community outreach for those living with cancer and enriching their lives through sincere, collective support. The hopefulness that the Gilda's Club offers is an invaluable asset to anyone battling cancer, which is why this organization is so absolutely essential."
Following the luncheon, Pinnaclife participated in the exclusive Curtis Stone meet and greet where they excitedly met the famous celebrity chef himself. Proceeds from the special post luncheon event were also donated directly to the Gilda's Club of the Quad Cities organization.
