DAYTON, Ohio, March 11 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Results of a poll of finance students attending the world's largest student investment forum at the University of Dayton will be announced during the event on Thursday, March 18, and through Twitter and Facebook.

More than 1,000 participants are expected to attend the first day of the RISE X Global Investment Forum sponsored by the University of Dayton in association with the United Nations Global Compact. They'll be asked to weigh in on a market forecast, their predictions about trends in the energy market, ethics and other issues.

Students will be invited to vote via text message just before lunch at the forum and results will be announced at 1:30 p.m. ET and sent out via Twitter and Facebook.

Students using Twitter on breaks during the three-day event will be asked to use the hashtag #UDrise.
