With more than 12 years of experience converting business, winning new customers, and increasing sales and, subsequently, increasing profits, Chmielewski will be responsible for increasing sales and fostering customer relationships in his new role with Predictive Service.
Chmielewski has spent his entire career building relationships, acquiring/retaining customers and increasing profitability for his employers. Previous to being hired at Predictive Service, he served as a Sales Representative for Van Dyne Crotty, as the Ohio Engineering Sales & Development Leader for R.L. Deppmann and, most recently, as a Territory Sales Manager for Trelleborg, where he led a group of application engineers, inside sales and outside sales representatives in a push to vastly improve sales within his territory. Chmielewski holds a Masters of Business Administration degree, as well as a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering.
