Predictive Service Hires Operational Management Expert Trent Surles to Transform PdM Service Delivery
CLEVELAND, Nov. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Predictive Service, a global leader in providing engineering, maintenance, reliability and sustainability solutions, has announced that Trent Surles will be joining the company as Director of PdM Operations. Surles brings more than 27 years of experience in operational management, performance oversight, and resource planning on both a regional and global level to Predictive Service, where he will apply his expertise to optimize the company's delivery of PdM services.
Prior to joining Predictive Service, Trent Surles served in a variety of leadership roles at United Airlines throughout the course of a 25-year career. During his tenure with United, Surles had varying degrees of responsibility that included General Manager at Cleveland-Hopkins Airport in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was responsible for a team charged with delivering safe and reliable services for 2,000 flights annually. As Manager of United Express Operations at United World Headquarters in Chicago, Ill., Surles led a staff that managed operational performance for 120 daily flights operated by contracted carriers and ground handlers in 68 cities across the United network. His team also had direct support for the company's O'Hare hub operation of 312 daily flights, at which time his duties included budget development, capital funding appropriations, and employee training programs. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland.
