(OTC Bulletin Board: PGEI) yesterday announced with an 8-K filing, that on August 27, 2010, the Board of Directors of the Company approved the appointment of Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP as the Registrant's independent registered public accounting firm the Company's fiscal year ending April 30, 2011.
