Purvin & Gertz Completes New Study on Marine Bunker and Fuel Oil

HOUSTON, Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Purvin & Gertz announces the completion of the Residual Fuel Market Outlook: Impact of Bunker Quality Changes on Marine Fuels & Refining.
