Rainmaker Renews and Expands Agreement With Fortune 500 Software Client for Contract Sales and Channel Support in Asia-Pacific

Provides Web-Based Software Subscription Sales and Channel Support

CAMPBELL, Calif., June 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Rainmaker Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: RMKR), a leading provider of sales and marketing solutions combining hosted application software and execution services, today announced a one-year renewal of its agreement with its Fortune 500 global security and infrastructure software client to provide its hosted channel contract sales solution and expansion of the program to include the Asia-Pacific region.

Rainmaker deploys its hosted technology solution combined with an integrated marketing program to increase software subscription sales and automate the renewal process for the client's partners and end customers. Rainmaker's solution enables the client's resellers to view their end-customer install base, manage support contracts, and generate real-time renewal quotes, and includes a partner response center to support the client's partner inquiries. Rainmaker also provides dedicated service sales representatives to administer and provide sales support to both partners and end-customers.
