Under the agreement, Rainmaker will partner with the client's direct sales force within the U.S. to support the immediate need for inbound customer response management, initially utilizing the client's internal tools. Rainmaker was selected based upon its ability to offer a scalable solution that can grow with the program and provide additional support services and solutions including its LeadWorks on-demand SaaS platform.
