The new facility, funded by a nationally recognized bank, allows the Company to pay off the previous lender while creating additional liquidity to operate the business and fund future growth.

Ilex is located in Baltimore, Maryland, and was formed through the acquisition of the Calgon(R) and The Healing Garden(R) brands, inventory and intellectual property assets from Ascendia Brands, Inc. in November 2008 through a Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Calgon(R) and The Healing Garden(R) are leading consumer product brands in the bath and beauty category for women, and have a well-established distribution platform through leading national retailers.
