New center to be conveniently located in amenity-rich, Class-A New England Executive Park

The 43,000 square foot center consists of two floors and will be located at 15 New England Executive Park.

The landlord for the project is Executive Office Properties and the term of the lease is 11 years. Colliers Meredith & Grew represented the landlord in the transaction and Peter Danna and Ogden White of CB Richard Ellis represented Regus.
