According to the news source, Petrobras, as the company is called, plans to up its spending 5% to US$236.5 billion, making it one of the largest corporate investment plans in the world. But despite this increase, the company has cut its projected output by 11% to 5.7 million barrels per day, compared with its original 6.4 million barrels. The company's stock fell 2.55% on the news.
