RGIS Gains Additional Strength in Middle East With ISICS Acquisition
AUBURN HILLS, Mich., June 18 /PRNewswire/ -- RGIS, LLC announced today
that they have acquired ISICS Software Systems, LTD., the largest inventory
company in Israel. This acquisition is part of the RGIS global growth
strategy.
An RGIS spokesman explained that RGIS established a presence in Israel
in 2001 and that this acquisition will accelerate the development in Middle
Eastern markets. The goal is to expand RGIS' ability to serve existing
customers as well as new customers. ISICS was founded in 1999 and is based
in Tel Aviv. They perform inventory services to Israel's leading retail and
pharmacy chains. The merged company will be managed by a local team lead by
David Kagan and Asaf Cohen.
