LONDON, November 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Royal Dutch Shell plc (NYSE: RDS.A) (NYSE: RDS.B)(the "Company") received notice on 3rd November 2009 from Lawrence Ricciardi, a Non-executive Director of the Company, that on 3rd November 2009 he purchased 5,000 Royal Dutch Shell A ADRs at a price of $59.70 per ADR. His total current holding is now 15,000 Royal Dutch Shell A ADRs.
