BOSTON, Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The Boston offices of RSM McGladrey have announced the addition of two newly promoted professionals to Managing Directors. The promotions are effective today and include:

Mike Bevilacqua brings more than 12 years of experience serving public and private companies in the technology, not-for-profit, and manufacturing industries. Mike earned a BS Degree in Accounting from Merrimack College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is active in the Massachusetts Biotech Council.

Dave Frankel has over 17 years of experience bringing comprehensive tax solutions to his clients. Previously he worked for a Big 4 firm and also worked in private industry. He has guided clients through the tax requirements of successful public offerings, debt restructurings, recapitalizations, mergers & acquisitions, spin-offs and federal and state audits. He is a licensed CPA and received a BS degree in Accounting and a Masters of Science in Taxation from Bentley University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
