RTN Adds Two More Media General Affiliates
LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Dec. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Retro Television
Network (RTN), which is nationally owned and distributed by Equity Media
Holdings Corporation ( EMDA), announced today that it has entered
into agreements with Media General to bring RTN programming to Augusta, GA
and Jackson, MS. The new affiliates will launch early next year on a
digital stream of WJBF, the ABC affiliate in Augusta, and WJTV, the CBS
affiliate in Jackson.
"We are thrilled to add two more Media General stations to be a part of
RTN and provide additional programming for our viewers," said Steve

"Viewers in Jackson and Augusta, as part of RTN's 'Primetime All the
Time' lineup, will enjoy watching James Garner in Rockford Files, Bob Crane
in Hogan's Heroes, Raymond Burr in Ironside, Robert Young in Marcus Welby,
M.D. and Michael Douglas in Streets of San Francisco, as well as many more
hit shows," said Mark Dvornik, Executive Vice President of RTN.

RTN is a television network that provides each affiliate a customized
feed with hit shows, in addition to local programming including news,
weather and sports. RTN is specifically designed to go on a broadcast
digital channel and provides local broadcasters with a way to get ratings
and successfully monetize their digital spectrum.
Media General currently airs RTN on its NBC affiliate in Savannah, GA
(WSAV) and its CBS affiliate in Myrtle Beach/Florence, SC (WBTW).
