SANDY, Utah, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Rumbi Island Grill, the Utah-based company specializing in tropical fast casual dining, is ready to open two new locations to kick off 2010.

The newest islands will be located in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, and Logan, UT. The Rancho Santa Margarita restaurant is scheduled to open in January, and the Logan location is slated to open its doors in March.

Rumbi currently has restaurants spread throughout Utah, Arizona, Colorado, and California.

Rumbi Island Grill gives patrons a variety of tropical dishes from which to choose. They feature gourmet rice bowls, fresh hand-crafted salads, and island-inspired entrees...luau pork and blackened mahi being a couple of the favorites. The menu also includes burgers, chicken sandwiches, and house-made sweet potato fries.

The LCW investment group, the franchisee responsible for Rancho Santa Margarita, has plans to open up to twenty more units in the Golden State. In September, 2009, the California-based group opened Rumbi Island Grill's first California location in Mission Viejo. Presently the LCW investment group is in negotiations to obtain leases in La Habra and The Bluffs in Newport Beach.

The Larsen Brothers, LLC will be the investors responsible for Logan, Utah's Rumbi Island Grill. Lane & Daniel Larsen say they "are very excited and enthusiastic about the opportunity to advance the incredible Rumbi eating experience into Cache County, Logan, Utah. Logan residents have been asking about a location for years, and now our fantastic fresh food will be invigorating Cache County." The Larsen Brothers are also looking in the next year to announce future Rumbi sites in Idaho.
