Hyde, Jr., to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of the 60 unit upscale restaurant group. Mr. Hyde will assume the position currently held by the company's Chairperson and Founder, Ruth Fertel. In making the announcement, Ms. Fertel stated, "Bill Hyde is a restaurant industry veteran who has proven himself to be a leader and motivator of people.
