Sabre to Extend Corporate Travel Management System to PeopleSoft Business Network; Sabre BTS is a Charter Merchant in the Travel and Expense E-Business Community

    FORT WORTH, Texas, May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Sabre (NYSE:   TSG) today
 announced that it is a charter merchant in the PeopleSoft Business Network,
 providing an integrated e-business solution, enabling organizations to reduce
 corporate costs and deliver e-business services that meet employees' needs.
 This agreement combines the Sabre Business Travel Solutions(R) benefits of
 book-to-expense functionality for travel and entertainment purchases with the
 PeopleSoft Business Network.
     By integrating PSBN with Sabre BTS, companies will be able to automate and
 streamline the purchase of items such as indirect goods, company services and
 business travel to reduce costs, eliminate inefficiencies and increase return
 on investment.
     Sabre BTS provides customers a total travel management solution, which is
 fully integrated with the corporation and its travel agency.  The software
 suite includes modules for travel reservations and travel policy management,
 expense reporting and decision making.  PSBN links together a variety of
 existing eBusiness communities -- travel, office supplies and benefits systems
 -- and delivers the customized corporate data to employees' desktops.
 Together, these two solutions reduce off-contract spending, increase
 compliance with corporate policies and provide greater volume-based cost
