The online reporting capability allows participating agencies to query future (pre-trip) air, car and hotel booking data, as well as locate customers enroute in their travel. In addition, historical travel activity at both aggregate and individual traveler levels can be analyzed to identify trends and potential sales opportunities. Relationship Insight provides reports that enable agencies to serve their customers through visibility to travelers' itineraries when appropriate.
