Sales Team of the Year Title Goes to Team at Westin Austin at The Domain
MERRILLVILLE, Ind., May 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- White Lodging is pleased to announce that the 2010 Sales Team of the Year Award goes to the team at the Westin Austin at The Domain. Bob Stewart Regional Vice President of Sales at White Lodging presented the award at the company's General Manager Conference held in March 2011 at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis.
In commenting on the award, Stewart said, "The Westin sales team received the recognition for several reasons including a high RevPAR (revenue per available room) index, a consistently high occupancy rate, participation in various Starwood training programs, and for the impressive fact that it had record breaking group room nights on the books when they opened 14 months ago."
Headed up by Alison Berg, Director of Sales, the sales team at the 341-room property is comprised of Trish Hooker, Senior Sales Manager; Rene M. Rice, Senior Catering Sales Manager; Staci Cockrell, Corporate Sales Manager; Nancy Van Bramer, Senior Sales Manager; and Mona Lisa Brock, Catering Sales Manager.
