Executive Chef Michael Ellis won early acclaim while at the Watergate and Ritz Carlton Hotels and Charlie Palmer Steak in Washington D.C. He subsequently moved to the California Wine country to join Palmer at his Dry Creek Kitchen in Sonoma County, where he earned the restaurant a Michelin star and an Ivy Award. His Modern American Steakhouse menu at the Penthouse Club features choice cuts of Certified Black Angus prime beef, American Kobe, and organic grass fed beef, along with the freshest sustainable seafood, and seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms.
