As a result, Hoffman Media, LLC, which has been publishing her Semi-Homemade Magazine since February 2009, will publish their final issue in January/February of next year. The announcement was made jointly today by Sandra Lee and Hoffman Media and both parties acknowledge the decision was mutual and beneficial to each company.
