SandRidge Energy, Inc. Closes Sale of Non-core Tertiary Assets for Proceeds of $130 Million

OKLAHOMA CITY, June 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- SandRidge Energy, Inc. (NYSE: SD) today announced that it has closed the sale of its non-core Tertiary assets to a private party for cash proceeds of $130 million. The divested properties are located in West Texas and currently produce approximately 1,100 Boe per day.
