Sanmina-SCI Completes Early Redemption of Its Senior Floating Rate Notes Due 2010
SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sanmina-SCI Corporation (the "Company") (Nasdaq: SANM), a leading global electronics manufacturing services (EMS) company, announced today it has redeemed $175.7 million in aggregate principal amount of its Senior Floating Rate Notes due 2010 (the "Notes"). This follows the Company's call for redemption of the Notes previously announced on October 15, 2009.
