The federal complaint against UGE alleges infringement of United States Patent No. 7,967,569 owned by SAWT, and that UGE's 9-M, Vision Air 3, Vision Air 5, and Hoyi products blatantly use and copy SAWT's innovative design and technology.

The lawsuit has been filed in the Central District of California (Case Number 2:14-cv-03653). SAWT is represented by the Newport Trial Group, a national litigation law firm.
