Poker players have chance to play against World Series of Poker Champion, October 24-25

COACHELLA, Calif., Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- You've always wanted a chance to prove your poker skills against one of the best poker players in the world - well, here is your opportunity! 5-time World Series of Poker (WSOP) Champion Scotty Nguyen is the featured player at this year's All-Star Poker Challenge at Spotlight 29 Casino.

The poker challenge, taking place on Saturday, October 24th and Sunday, October 25th, is open to all levels of poker players age 21 and older. There is over $50,000 in prize money and will be awarded to the top 20 finishers (based on 100 players in tournament).

For the $560 buy in, each player will receive $10,000 in tournament chips. Each round will last 30 minutes. Players have a chance to win a free entry into the tournament by getting 10 full houses playing in the Spotlight Poker Room.

Nguyen, who has over $10 million in winnings, has won five WSOP bracelets. The "Prince of Poker" has 44 first place finishes and was the first player in history to win a World Poker Tournament Championship, the WSOP Main Event and the WSOP H.O.R.S.E. Championship.
