NEW YORK, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Vitech Systems Group, a leading provider of Benefits Administration and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, announced today that it has completed a major V3 Benefits System CRM implementation for the Screen Actors Guild-Producers Pension & Health Plans (SAG-PH).

The new system provides advanced customer service capabilities to SAG-PH call center personnel in Burbank, Ventura and New York. The system was installed using Vitech's V3 Benefits Administration System which consolidated data from multiple legacy systems into a single service solution. It provides extensive call tracking and service management features, including the seamless integration of phone, email and fax communications.
