Sealy Leases Permanent Showroom at World Market Center

    ARCHDALE, N.C., Dec. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Sealy and World Market Center (WMC)
 announced today that Sealy will exhibit at Las Vegas Market in January, 2006
 and that Sealy has leased a permanent showroom in Building B at WMC beginning
 in 2007.
     "Las Vegas Market provides our west coast and international customers with
 a convenient and accessible location and offers Sealy another opportunity to
 showcase our portfolio of products, meet with customers and do business," said
 Dave McIlquham, chairman and chief executive officer of Sealy.

     World Market Center expects the January furniture market will be attended
 by tens of thousands of qualified buyers and by more than 350 journalists from
 the U.S. and international media.
     World Market Center officials are excited to have Sealy, the top bedding
 manufacturer exhibiting in the Pavilions for the January 2006 Las Vegas
 Market, as well as becoming a permanent tenant in the second building for the
 January 2007 show.  Babs Blair, Director of Leasing at World Market Center

 The Aladdin Hotel. The Las Vegas Market opens January 30 and runs through

     World Market Center
     World Market Center is an integrated home and hospitality contract
 furnishings showroom and convention complex in Las Vegas.  When fully built,
 at 12 million square feet in 8 buildings, World Market Center will be the
 largest trade show facility in the World.  The 12 million square foot campus
 will showcase furniture, decorative accessories, lighting, area rugs, home
 textile and related segments, as well as a Design Center open year-round to
 the trade.  The second building is under construction and will open in 2007;
