Search News Media Rebrand as Content Amp
WINDSOR, England, March 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --
Expanding Windsor based content marketing agency Search News Media has announced today (Monday 4 March, 2013) that they have rebranded as Content Amp.
The name change is to highlight the expanded range of services that the company has been offering since launching in 2010 and illustrates how important content creation and amplification services are likely to be for brands in the coming years.
Content Amp offers a range of services around: content strategy; content production; distribution and content amplification.
Francis Turner, Content Amp Commercial Director and Co-Founder, explains:
"Since our launch in 2010 we've expanded our range of services far beyond news content for engagement and SEO. The new name is far more indicative of what we do as a business in 2013.
"Today we work with brands and their agencies on a range of content led campaigns. This can be anything from a daily news blog to a great infographic; a 3,000 word white-paper to a stunning corporate video; or an outreach campaign to promote a brand through distributed editorial or cost per view viral video seeding via our native content network. The range of our content and amplification services is far beyond delivering just news."
Content Amp work with brands and their agencies across a number of often complex content led marketing campaigns that embrace social, PR, SEO, video and display.
"For any brand or business to succeed online these days they need to invest in content. We live and breathe content, the amplification of that content and are passionate about this process. We've been doing this for over two years and have considerable experience in how to craft engaging campaigns that reach the right audience. We are very excited about the name change, the future of content marketing and native content led campaigns in general."
The Rise of Content Marketing Services
The name change is indicative of a wider trend among online marketers to embrace content and content led marketing initiatives. A survey by eConsultancy and Outbrain in October 2012 revealed that 90% of the marketers surveyed believe that content marketing will be more important in the next 12 months. Similarly, 73% of digital marketers believe that 'brands are becoming publishers.
Despite these findings the majority of businesses do not have a defined content strategy in place. This is where Content Amp can help. Content Amp services are broken down into 3 main categories:
We create a content strategy that works. We do this by creating a brand narrative that is part of the story, not an interruption to it. http://www.contentamp.com/content-planning/
