January 26, 2013, Wyomissing, PA - Directed at agency principals and key managers, Second Wind's "YA2 – Your Agency Empowered" workshop will address 6 key trends to drive advertising agency growth, help agencies plan for the future and help agencies build deeper relationships with their clients. This workshop will take place at the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa in Lake Buena Vista, FL, and run from Wednesday, February 27, through Thursday, February 28, 2013.

YA2's segment on productizing will feature several speakers including, Jessica Boden of StoneArch Creative. Ms. Boden will share how Volley, an SaaS developed by the agency, is creating new opportunities with existing clients and prospects in the medical device industry. Also, Debra Weiner and Jeffrey Tarnoff of Aventine Co. will detail how PAIN Week has become the driving force of their business, allowing them to become a leading medical communications agency focused on pain management.
As the second day begins, attendees will hear Inspiration to Innovation, presented by the Disney Institute. The presentation is geared to helping audience members increase creativity and innovation in their own organizations.
