Senate Realty Boasts More Residential Sales East of the Anacostia River Than any Other DC Real Estate Firm
Less than Two Years Old, the Firm Has Sold Over 300 Condominiums and
Homes East of the River Totaling $50 million
WASHINGTON, Aug. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Less than two years old, Senate
Realty boasts more condominium sales in the Anacostia neighborhood of
Washington, DC than any other residential real estate firm. Since July
2006, Senate has sold over 300 condominiums and single family homes in
Anacostia, totaling roughly $50 million in gross sales. The company's
innovative focus on customer service and hiring highly experienced agents
has been the catalyst for is meteoric success in a slumping housing market.

According to new data from the Metropolitan Regional Information
Systems, condominium sales in DC are rising. The new report, which analyzed
housing trends in the DC and Baltimore area, found the number of condos for
sale dropped 20% regionally since June 2006. In DC there were 6% fewer
condos available than a year ago.
In 2005 brother and sister, James Williams and Lisa Williams, founded
