 marketing team, with the appointment of Mr. Kirk Feller as Vice President of
 Marketing.  Mr. Feller brings more than 15 years of broad marketing and sales
 experience.  He will direct the efforts of marketing and product management
 for Fonix to achieve its revenue objectives with focus towards name brand,
 customer awareness and support, and market position.
