 Inc. introduces Sergeant's(R) Nature's Guardian(TM), an innovative new
 natural pest control product line for cats and dogs clinically proven to
 kill and repel pests like fleas, ticks and mosquitoes.
     While certain other natural pest control products currently on the
 market claim to repel insects, Sergeant's Nature's Guardian is the first
 natural formulation from a major pet products manufacturer clinically shown
 to also kill these pests that cause so much trouble for pets and their
 owners. Clinical data show that Sergeant's Nature's Guardian products kill
 or repel high percentages of insects within the first 24 hours and have
 efficacy rates comparable to some of the leading conventional flea and tick

     The active ingredients such as those found in Sergeant's Nature's
 Guardian have been determined to be low risk to humans and the environment.

 Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) registration as controlled
 pesticides. The same plant oils used in Sergeant's Nature's Guardian are
 classified as "Generally Recognized As Safe" (GRAS) by the U.S. Food and
