While the terms of the settlement are confidential, TTR succeeded in protecting its patent rights and made clear today that it will continue to pursue any enterprise that offers unlicensed FORWARD MARKET technologies. TTR's extensive patent portfolio includes numerous patents for "options" or "forward reservations" based on participant or other contingency factors to any live event, including sports, music and other performances.
