CLEVELAND, Oct. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of The Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE: SHW) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.355 per common share, payable on December 4, 2009 to shareholders of record on November 13, 2009.
