Shoppers Flock to New MSPA-NA Membership
New Category is Well Received; More Than 3,500 Shoppers Share Data
LOUISVILLE, Ky., July 11, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- The Mystery Shopping Providers Association of North America (MSPA-NA), the trade association originally representing provider companies in the customer experience metrics industry, is experiencing great success with its new Shopper Membership.
Since the new member category was launched on March 4, 2013, over 3,500 shoppers have joined as Shopper Members of MSPA-NA. The new Shopper Membership category joins the traditional categories of Provider and Associate Membership in the association.
Shopper Membership was created to foster better communication between member companies and shoppers. "As shoppers join MSPA, the strategic goal of unifying the mystery shopping industry can be better achieved," said Dan Denston, MSPA-NA executive director.
