Houston Community Management Services Helps Six Families by Providing Everything Necessary for a Thanksgiving Dinner

HOUSTON, Dec. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Houston Community Management Services (HCM), an Associa company, planned on helping their local community by collecting food donations, enough to feed five families on Thanksgiving. Due to the overwhelming generous donations by HCM employees, HCM was able to donate food to six families, one of which had nine children!

The economy has hit families throughout the country in different ways, but one consistent thread seems to be times are hard, no matter where you live, and Houstonians are no different. Families all over the greater Houston area are struggling for everyday necessities, and a large meal and festivity like Thanksgiving is sometimes just too much.

An employee at HCM was made aware of some families that needed help providing a wonderful Thanksgiving feast for their families and rallied the HCM staff to get food donations. Thanks to the generosity of the HCM employees, HCM was able to provide six families with turkeys and all the trimmings and side dishes. There was enough donated to even help a family with nine children!
